What's Inspected in a Home Inspection
As licensed, and certified home inspectors of structures in Nevada, our Las Vegas home inspectors visually inspect the entire property during the course of a home inspection. For this reason, we ask that all utilities are turned on at the time of your home inspection. Our digital home inspection report, embedded with color photos, documents the condition of the home, or property, being inspected, as well as, all operating systems within the home and notes any needed repairs or referrals. We inspect homes, condominiums, townhouses and light commercial properties. Our home inspections include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Foundations
- Exterior walls
- Interior walls
- HVAC systems
- Roofs
- Garage door & openers
- Water heaters
- Faucets & sinks
- Toilets, tubs & showers
- Flooring
- Electrical systems: light switches, breaker boxes, receptacles, etc...
- Water pressure
- Stove, dishwasher, microwave, and disposals and more are all inspected visually and operated as required.
- Gates, fences, damaging vegetation, site drainage, etc...and the list goes on.
